Free Classes Beginning May 29th; Grand Opening Celebration June 1st
Memphis, Tenn. – May 8, 2013 – Hot Yoga Plus announced today, the opening of its first Memphis location at 416 South Grove Park Road, in the Laurelwood Shopping Center, next to DAC Fitness. The opening will bring Hot Yoga Plus’ unique brand of heated and non-heated classes and lifestyle boutique to Memphis residents, with the goal of helping its clients achieve positive change through yoga. All classes will be free to the community from May 29th through June 1st. All yoga packages will be 20 percent off until the grand opening celebration on June 1st.
“I am thrilled to open a Hot Yoga Plus Studio in my home town,” said Susannah Herring, owner of Hot Yoga Plus. Herring has partnered with Jack Moore, former chairman of Regions Financial to spread their studios across the Southeast; Memphis will be the company’s fifth location. “It is always exciting to open a new studio, but there is something particularly rewarding about bringing my passion for yoga back to my hometown community. I look forward to reconnecting and sharing the benefits of yoga with the Memphis community.”
Hot Yoga Plus offers a wide array of 60 to 90-minute classes, which include formats such as Power Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, and Hot 26. These various offerings will enable clients to customize their yoga practice to their style preference and skill level and to embrace the philosophy that yoga is designed to meet individual needs.
The new facility includes two classrooms and a yoga clothing and accessories lifestyle boutique featuring designers such as Michael Stars, Chan Luu, Dogeared, Havaianas, Hard Tail and many more. The studio is located at the Poplar and Grove Park Road intersection in East Memphis.
The grand opening celebration will be held Saturday June 1st from 4 pm –6 pm. Cupcakes and champagne will be provided and tours of the studio will be available. All retail items will be 20% off during the grand opening party.
