This workshop is an introduction to power vinyasa. We’ll go over basic postures and proper alignment and touch on the elements and importance of the five pillars of power flow yoga: breath, gaze, flow, heat and bandhas. You’ll leave this workshop prepared to safely and thoughtfully step into any of our power flow and tabata flow classes.
