Power Flow Basics
Saturday, October 28th + 11:00am – 12:30pm + $20 + HYP Memphis
This workshop is an introduction to power vinyasa and designed for beginners and those wanting to get back to the basics. We’ll go over basic postures, proper alignment and touch on the elements and importance of the five pillars of power yoga: breath, gaze, flow, heat and bandhas. You’ll complete this workshop prepared to safely and thoughtfully step into any of our power flow classes.
