I first stepped onto my mat at a time of injury and illness; a knee injury as well as a multitude of medication for colon and digestion issues. After my first practice in 2008, I knew Yoga was what I had been pursuing mentally and physically. Yoga soon became my lifeline of continual growth, guiding me to Teacher Training where I evolved into a deeper, better understanding of myself in relation to my health and practice. Yoga provides positive transitions not only for me but, those closest to me. My practice is very personable and passionate. A continued practice provides me with joy everyday, balance on and off my mat.
