Grow Yoga School and Hot Yoga Plus are pleased to offer the first flexible 300-hour Yoga Alliance Advanced Teacher Training and Study Program in Memphis. This program is for yoga teachers and students who want to expand their knowledge, practical teaching tools and skills beyond a 200-hour training, or for students who simply want to dive deeper into certain elective subjects without committing to an entire training. Take courses at your pace on your schedule or simply join modules which interest you for advanced studies.

The full 300HR program consists of 10 required weekends: five core modules, which will be offered once a year, plus your choice of five elective modules that can be chosen from offerings throughout the year. Core modules will dive deeper into applied anatomy in our asana practice and teaching, and into applied yoga philosophy in our unique callings as individual teachers and yogis. Elective modules will offer specialty training in a wide range of modalities including different styles of yoga, mindfulness, complimentary teaching tools and other yogic studies. There are additional requirements beyond the 10 modules for completion of the 300HR training.

Cost

$399 per weekend with a 300hr training commitment ($798 deposit required) or $3499 if paid in full up front. $450 per weekend for audits/advanced study only.

*Some modules with master teachers may incur an additional cost.
